How do I know what the postage price is for my order?
When ordering, the site automatically calculates postage depending on the default delivery address and the weight of the shipment. The price of postage is displayed before the end of the ordering process, before confirming the order! So, you will see the complete amount with postage before the end of the order, after which you can confirm the order. Only then have you successfully placed your order. What happens to the shipment if I am not at the address (I am at work, in the city, etc.) at the time of delivery?
When registering on our site, you are required to leave your phone number. Our recommendation is for it to be a mobile phone number. The telephone, among other things, is used by the courier to contact you if you are not at the specified address. On that occasion, you can agree directly with the courier on the place and time of picking up the package.
For which countries is payment possible upon delivery?
Payment upon delivery is possible for Serbia and BiH.
To which countries do you deliver the order?

How soon will I receive the shipment I ordered?
Shipments to Serbia are sent every working day at 11.00. Shipments ordered over the weekend will be shipped Monday at 11 p.m. Shipments are sent by express courier service, which guarantees delivery the next day from the day of sending (except on Sundays). For the rest of Europe, the maximum time required for a shipment to arrive at your address is 7 working days.
Can I look at your items somewhere?
The only retail we have is online retail on this site. We send the goods directly from the warehouse of authorized distributors. Different brands are sent from different warehouses in Serbia, and the addresses of the warehouses depend on the seat of the dealer. Due to this method of procurement and distribution (without stock), we provide: lower price of items, more complete offer than in classic stores, as well as guaranteed originality of items, given that we receive them directly from an authorized representative. We compensate for the impossibility of direct contact with the items by the possibility of return or replacement in a very short time.
